Can I pay afterwards?
Yes — choose Klarna at checkout to pay after you've received and tried your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
E-mail us within 2 hours of ordering at help@sleved.com and we'll adjust it before it ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on every order over €59. Below that we charge a flat €4.95, always with track & trace.
How fast is delivery?
Netherlands & Belgium 2–4 working days, rest of the EU 3–6 working days. You receive a tracking link the moment your order ships.
Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
Every clothing product page has a size chart with measurements in cm. Between two sizes? We recommend sizing up — our sets and dresses are designed with a flattering, relaxed fit.
Jewelry
Will the jewelry discolour?
Our pieces use gold-tone and silver-tone plating over brass and stainless steel, with sterling silver details on selected pieces. With normal use they keep their colour; avoid perfume, water and sleep-wear. Every piece carries a 3-month guarantee against discolouration.
Is the jewelry gift-ready?
Yes — every piece of jewelry is delivered in luxury gift packaging at no extra cost.
Returns
What is your return policy?
30 days money-back, no questions asked. E-mail help@sleved.com and you'll have a return label within 1 working day. Refunds are processed within 5 days of receipt.
How fast do you respond to e-mails?
Within 1 working day, usually much faster.
