This Shipping Policy explains how Sleved.com ("Sleved", "we", "us") processes, ships and delivers your order.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, including a tracking link.

Shipping rates and delivery times

European Union: Standard tracked shipping is €4.95, and free on all orders of €59 or more. Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days.
United Kingdom: Standard tracked shipping is £4.99, and free on orders of £50 or more. Estimated delivery: 2-5 business days.
Rest of world: Standard tracked international shipping is €23.99. Estimated delivery: 7-14 business days.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of order, and can be affected by customs processing or courier delays outside our control.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package to your door.

Customs, duties and taxes

For orders shipped within the EU and UK, all applicable taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. For orders shipped outside these regions, your local customs authority may charge import duties or taxes on delivery; these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at help@sleved.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
