These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sleved.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it, operated by Sleved ("Sleved", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on the Site. If you are under this age, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, or display settings. Any "was" or strikethrough price shown reflects the lowest price we offered that product in the 30 days prior to the current promotion, in accordance with applicable pricing transparency law (including the EU Omnibus Directive).

3. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout, which may include iDEAL, Klarna, credit and debit cards, and other providers. Order confirmation does not guarantee stock availability; if an item becomes unavailable after your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund for that item.

5. Returns and refunds

Our returns, refunds, and cancellation rights, including your statutory right of withdrawal, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Discounts and promotions

Discount codes and automatic promotions (such as multi-item bundle discounts) apply only under the conditions stated at the time of the offer, are limited to one use per order unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers except where explicitly permitted, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without affecting orders already placed.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product photography, is the property of Sleved or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content commercially without our prior written consent.

8. User conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to submit false or fraudulent orders.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sleved is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or defective products under consumer protection law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sleved is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence if you are an EU or UK consumer.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
